Your face, neck, jaw, and cranium hold more tension than almost anywhere else in the body — and most of us have never been given the tools to actually release it.
This is a fully guided, experiential session where you'll learn a series of Fascial Maneuvers targeting everything from the neck up: the jaw, cranium, temples, occiput, and even intra-oral techniques that most people have never experienced.
No experience necessary — this is beginner-friendly and accessible for all bodies.
What to expect:
People commonly report feeling lighter, more open, and noticeably less tense after a single session.
Regular practice of these techniques has been shown to support:
-Relief from jaw tension, clenching, and TMJ discomfort
Reduced headaches and neck pain -Improved breathing and nasal airflow
-Calmer nervous system and reduced overall stress
-Improved facial symmetry and tone
-A visible sense of ease and openness in the face
This is one of the most uniquely satisfying and effective areas of fascial work — and one of the most underutilized. Come experience why.
What to bring: 2 small clean towels
Registration: $25 Sliding scale: $10–50 (Included in Skool Membership, see below for details and registration)
All registered attendees receive a copy of the recording. No one turned away for lack of funds. reach out to info@mixedmovementarts.com
