Using banded drills, somatic cueing, and integrative movement prep, we’ll retrain your body to remember the spiral pathways it was designed for.
Rather than force mobility or chase strength, this clinic emphasizes neuromuscular coherence—restoring timing, alignment, and adaptability across the pelvis, femur, tibia, and foot.
