 Workshop Overview:

Join us for a 2-hour deep dive into one of the body’s most underappreciated capacities: spiral sequencing in the lower body. We’ll explore how the hips, knees, and SI joint collaborate through rotation—not as isolated hinges, but as intelligent, interwoven systems.

Using banded drills, somatic cueing, and integrative movement prep, we’ll retrain your body to remember the spiral pathways it was designed for. Rather than force mobility or chase strength, this clinic emphasizes neuromuscular coherence—restoring timing, alignment, and adaptability across the pelvis, femur, tibia, and foot. 

This session is for you if you want to:

  • Rebuild natural spiral coordination between the hips and knees
  • Unlock tibial internal + femoral external rotation to improve joint tracking
  • Stabilize the SI joint through rotational force closure, not just bracing
  • Refine your squat mechanics by addressing root-level restrictions
  • Reduce strain on the knees by improving upstream and downstream function
