If you are brand new to Fascial Maneuvers, you will get more out of this event if you familiarize yourself with the basic Stress Reset (which serves as an intro to Fascial Maneuvers principles) in this video: https://youtu.be/odN11s939Ic

Spring energy is here — the perfect time to release stuck & stagnant energy and reorganize & reset your body's neurofascial system.

RESET: Somatic Spring Cleaning is a 2-hour immersive workshop exploring fascia-first movement practices designed to help you feel better, move with more ease, and tap into your body's innate wisdom.

Your body wants to heal. We need to learn to get out of our own way.

Your fascia is the intelligent web of connective tissue that wraps every muscle, bone, nerve, and organ in your body — and it has 6–10 times more sensory nerve endings than muscle.

It's constantly listening, responding to how you move, breathe, think, and live. Learning to work with your fascia is one of the most important movement and embodiment skillsets that can benefit all areas of your life.

What We'll Explore:

Fascial Maneuvers — specific movements to release tension, restore mobility, and reorganize your body's tensegrity structure with some powerful biochemical and energetic benefits

Somatic Sea Creature — an improvised, playful movement practice using breath, pandiculation (full-body yawn-stretches), and imagery to unlock spontaneous movement and nervous system regulation

More favorite fascial-based movement practices — essential tools you can take home and use anytime, anywhere

What to Expect:

This workshop will be largely experiential practice, with some discussion about why these techniques work (fascia & neuroscience meets ancient somatic wisdom). We'll explore the spectrum of structured practice to unstructured, more open improvisational somatic explorations.

Expect a mix of:
High-benefit fascial release techniques
Guided breathing paired with movement
Improvised flow and creative movement exploration
Grounding & centering practices
Plenty of space to move at your own pace — modifications and variations offered throughout

All levels welcome — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
No prior experience with fascia or somatic work needed.
Come with curiosity and a willingness to feel good.

What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes you can move in
Water bottle
Optional: yoga mat, blanket, or any props that help you get comfortable on the floor

What People Are Experiencing:
Real results I received after 1-2 weeks of people practicing Fascial Maneuvers in my current 30 Day Transformational Movement Practices program:

“It’s 6 days in for me and I’m already feeling a massive difference in my stress levels.”

“I’m feeling 1000% better since starting a week ago.”

“My entire body feels more free. My walking has improved, knee pain has reduced, and my posture feels elongated.”

“I’m experiencing a deeper level of self-compassion. It feels like life force is flowing again.”

“I can honestly say my body has never responded as profoundly as it has in just 6 days.”

“I’m less tense, more grounded, and more regulated than I’ve been in years.”

“My energy is up, my focus is better, and my anxiety is dropping fast.”

“I am noticing just so much less tension. It’s spilling over to work where I’m able to have a level of grounding and relaxation that I couldn’t have dreamed of.”

“I am just flabbergasted by how calming they are and how they are impacting the pain I carry in my body.”

All the words in the world won’t replace direct experience. Come feel it for yourself. This workshop can be your entry point into a new paradigm of self-care, movement, and bodymind coherence.
