ABOUT DAE I'm Dae Gallina, founder of Mixed Movement Arts, and I've spent the last 15 years studying and practicing all things movement and nervous system/fascia related. My curiosity about what does it actually take to move well while feeling good and taking good care of the body? I've worked with thousands of people on movement, fascia, and nervous system health. I hold a degree in human biology and have presented four times at the International Association of Functional Neurology and Rehabilitation.

But more than any credential — I teach from lived experience. Fascial Maneuvers and the practices I share in Reset & Rewire have gotten me through the hardest seasons of my own life. This isn't a system I designed in a classroom. It's what I practice every day because it works.
